More than 20 years building high-end, exclusive properties — and a passion that began with a barn of his own.

Ryan’s roots are in the building trade. Around 20 years ago, taking on his own barn conversion changed the direction of his career. The experience sparked a passion for creating something individual: a home with character, carefully considered spaces and quality in every detail.

That personal project became the inspiration for a focus on bespoke, one-off luxury properties for his clients. Today, Ryan brings his practical building background and more than two decades of experience to Boardman Homes, with an emphasis on homes that reflect the people who live in them.

From a new home to the transformation of an existing building, the aim is the same: to create something distinctive, with care for the details that make it special.

A bespoke design is developed around you. We discuss every detail together, listen to your feedback and adapt the design until the spaces, materials and finishes feel right for your home.

03 / AGREEING THE DETAILS

A shared vision. A clear plan.

Once the design has been refined, we agree the final design and specification with you. We also agree the project timescales, establishing a clear plan for bringing your home to life.

We bring the agreed design to life with care and attention to detail, from the build through to the finishing touches. The journey culminates in handing over a truly unique home, shaped around you.
